If you want to get out more clean that bike and meet the lads at Keighley. Shack goes out and Dodger now and again. Start with a short run to Sutton and back, even a little cafe there as well. Might even go with you myself when not working. Bit of chilling talk about old times, races won and lost, put the world to rights, talk a load of cobblers. Back home, shower, large pot O' tea and a ziz in front of the tele. What more is there to life? Must dash kettle is just boiling, Eurosport on tele and big slipper warming by the fire.
