  • Higher courts hearing

218 pages later my case has reached the higher courts for a hearing, obviously if they thought I was out and out correct then I would not need a hearing, it would have gone – yet again – straight to appeal.

I’m super happy to be working, yet all I am trying to prove is that at the initial assessment I was quite ill and was not allowed to work – fact. Atos simply had tick boxes, has he got a serious illness – no, does he take medication that can cause adverse problems – no, whereas in fact both should state yes. Two years ago all I was after was the support to get me to the point of where I am now.

I am certainly not holding my breath with problematic lungs to say I will win this but I know the law is wrong.

  • Differing thoughts on the following

This card is a few years old and thankfully well kept, I feel sure we have all experienced everyone of them there mentioned erm, pooh’s…

My favourite is the hmmm, “that shit stinks, I can name whose it is in one…”

Once upon a time plant leafs were used to wipe your backside, but not with a crusty brown leaf as its very possible your fingers will burst through.

Actually, I feel well pleased about Mr Crapper, and just look how clean this toilet is, very impressive for the future wife, now, where did she go? to sit down until time, hmmm…

  • Warrior Harrington

I think Jacobs jacket could well be in this mod type packaging, brass zip too!

  • Super happy but…

My Matt, I just do not have the time to get and see your show, proper shame, but will try for next week, and certainly your band, son, you have already performed at the Royal Albert Hall…

And so it is; 7:00pm Wednesday 12th Dec 2012, in fact 12/12/12, a last occurrence of these types of dates and of time, check this message published time too!

Not forgetting you son, two good looking talented lads im super proud of.

  • Bradford City march on

    Bradford are superbly through to the semis, in a very typical form of penalties;

    C’mon City!

Massive challenge to get my lads Jacob and Matthew to that semi-final, absolutely, not there tonight but must be at the last four!!! I can not sell my Les Paul, erm, it is soon to be refurbished but must get to the semi, Citeee…

  • Do you get at least five per day?

With all the what you can and should not eat, and how to get your five per day fruit and or vegetables, well this is how I can get at least my five in one swift move.

At the bottom of the container are a few slices of smoked ham, on top is a good half bag of packed crisp salad – a soup bowl of salad is one per day, a few slices of cucumber – 5 cm is one per day, with caesar dressing, a good handful of red grapes – a handful of grapes is one per day, and a banana – is one per day…

    Rounded to something near the cost;

£0.75 Salad. This is enough for two measures
£0.30 Cucumber. This is over one measure.
£0.75 Grapes. This is over one measure.
    £0.10 Banana. One measure.
    £0.50 Smoked ham.
    £0.20 Caeser dressing.

    £2.60

Yes £2.60 for a super healthy – caeser dressing, ok not as healthy but, £2.60 for a good dinner, lunch or whatever you call the mid day break, giving you the five per day, but in the morning at least 200ml of fruit juice, evening a good cooked meal, I usually get it ten times per day, hang on, where is she, oh, that’s another story…!

  • Jacobs song

The thing is, I thought this were photographed out of a magazine or something, something is a very key word here, Jacob wrote this composition, pretty quickly too, hmmm…

  • Leeds station in the early morning

I have never seen so few folks in Leeds train station, that everyday hustle to get through the ticketing to walking through an open gate…

    Can you hear that?!

I think it were on platform 3b, its a little on the blurred side of things, my memory was failing big time by then…

My decision to get the last train home from the works party was a huge failure, so I got the first train back in the morning, 6:02 and shortly after this was taken the ticket conductor was rocking my shoulder in Ilkley station, finally got home 7:00 am, just in time to see my neighbour taking the dog out, thankfully I did not try talking…

It really is quite a decision but I must carry on defying the medics, erm, well sort of!

Sometime in the morning, my mind was drifting.
Sometime in the morning, I didn’t need lifting.
Sometime in the morning, standing up sleeping.
Sometime in the morning, times are not weeping.

    Things are ok…

  • Boxing Joan Crawford with Dorothy

Something about this photo, I just love it, it captures a moment that looks like yesterday, it looks very modern yet dressed to the date.

A thought is simply to get this blown up to an A3 size and get the quality on my wall, absolutely loving it, not to forget Marilyn though…
