As if by magic this spot, or lump is best way to describe, it kind of just appeared and then went away, hmmm…

Just had my Sainsbury’s monthly top up shop
I’m so tempted to say, and so I shall, not comparing the folks employed but, the Sainsbury’s delivery person – was a man but im being politically correct! oh yes, he was very friendly, the second delivery I have had that both were ever so chatty and likeable.
And so what am I ranting on about, they were more helpful and polite than others that have delivered, the reason I changed to Sainsbury’s are quite a few, but the eat by dates are very good, Tesco used to send with only a couple of days to cook and eat, and on many occasions it had gone off;
Hmmm. I must also say that, because I can currently afford to (this top up is £61.38), then a little of what I buy is supposed to help others? eventually I will buy local, been looking in some shops and yes, indeed.
Toward the end of this 2012 I have given all my old clothes to shelter, being able to purchase new has been amazing, I also give the £2 for a big issue, and sometimes not even take a copy. And so providing all goes well on my working front I will give anything back to those who helped and supported me, family, friends of new and old, and certainly Ssafa and the RBL…

Christmas break 2012
One thing is for sure, the short working week allowed me to catch up on a fair few on-line surveys, yet another in-depth article that I will be writing about; how to earn through on-line surveys, these can get you a good amount of vouchers for the sales, but certainly not make a living!

Garlic skins to eat
Something here, most folks do strip garlic and chuck the insides in, but do folks know, yes they usually strip skins and then eat the insides, yet most skins actually have the most goodness, including garlic, hmmm…

Oral hearing is arriving
Well, here it is, the hearing, I have one hour to explain why it is all wrong, the hearing is about if any law has been broke, no it has not but its wrong, I will work through my case hearing and then take it to the parliamentary ombudsman, I will succeed in getting sarcoidosis sufferers the recognition we deserve.
6th Feb 2011 was my initial assessment, its (my maths are not too bad) about two years to the date, and all im after is better sarcoidosis recognition, I think, I really think I’m capable of doing this, and what a great position to be in, that I have got a job through Remploy, I just wanted ‘proper’ support while we had to find out what my sarcoidosis was upto, thankfully Ssafa and the RBL helped me big time, no, the system did not fail me, it was Atos that caused the system to pretty much not believe me, even when the medics and local MPs wrote in my support. If you have nothing on then get on there. -
The problems with doing it just once per week
It dawned on me, im still living like I used to do upto 23rd Oct 2012, washing up once per week, I would put the hot water on, on a Sunday morning and do the whole lot, but realising what gets missed…
Yes, as you can view here, room is still aplenty to store a little more unwashed cutlery, plates, glasses, containers, anything actually, only wash when required. Sometimes I get a surprise, just needs a little jam mixing into it.
Yes a little slopping of jam would mix well, here its quite obviously tempting to give it ago, you agree? to be honest its a very rare occurrence that I waste food, oh, this appears to be four day old rice…. -
My Matt’s school concert
Last Thursday evening was Matt’s school performance thing, so wish I had remembered to take my digital camera, hence I need a decent phone, I can not even find where the videos are stored in it!
This is the ticket, OK that’s obvious! taken when I got home, the show impressed me, Matt was with most of the acts – or so it seemed.
Sorry about the quality Son, if I zoomed in closer the quality got really shit, you were brilliant. -
That first Sainsbury’s delivery
Possibly the largest shop I have ever achieve as a single, on my own, not lonely though definitely good looking Dad, this cost £70.60 after a Utility Warehouse £10 voucher (in-depth article on them later), it got me an awful lot, cooking directions will follow, and at that super cheap way to cook loads that only I seem to do as a real on-line person!
Here you can see my waste bin, a Woolovers plastic packaging bag hanging on a cupboard handle, the thing is, behind that cupboard door is a rear mounted bin – that still needs mounting.
The best lime juice I have ever twitched to, mega burst when thirsty catches me in the night, also decided to store these root vegetables like they are meant to be stored, in a cool dark area – so they say, but the cupboard might be too warm, hmmm?
Yes correct, the fridge bulb light has blown up, but just look how all that is stuffed in there, proper impressed with it all.
Jar of curry sauce needs replacing with fresh cooked sauce, something I need to get better, erm, learn. Main thing here is not the spreads that are in plentiful but those four tins of Glenryck pilchards, two per week, meant to be good for my heart, its easy to forget about that problem too, but thankfully it reminds me ha!And so that is the main once per month Sainsbury’s delivery shop, the next is booked for this arriving Saturday, but, that is more of a top up shop at around £50, and so, we have one big main cooking shop, and then a smaller top up shop at a total of about £130 per month, that’s still cheap, I really have learnt to live cheap but healthy these last couple of years, yes im working now!
