Chicken red breast

This superb Briggs meal, strips of bacon tucked nicely under the chicken skin with chicken perfect shake sprinkled all over! Mash potatoes, with carrots and parsnip mashed separately, yummy big time…

Afterwards the leftovers were divided into three containers and put into the freezer, only after fully cooled, not a scrap wasted and all for under £5,00!
