How to write an easy CV resume

Write an easy CV resume

Plenty of templates are available on line for your curriculum vitae resume, yet lots of them really don’t explain too well how you should simply lay them out. With absolutely thousands of businesses willing to charge you a reasonable amount of cash to design you a good looking CV resume why not take a look here at this CV, the first is only two pages of A4, the second is four pages of A4 and much too long, have a look at the differences, the two pages tell a potential employer enough for them to work out if they should give you an interview, it also keeps the age out of any mentioning. Remember that the skills section should be guided toward a particular employment sector; care work, manufacturing, construction etc…

Managing all aspects of an aerospace production assembly cell through leadership and development, including; the welfare of over36 employees, budgets, productivity, production/operations planning, and continuous improvement. Also responsible for, a manufacturing engineer, and a components coordinator. When this employment commenced, I was operating on the Embraer thrust reverser doors cell. It was 21 units behind customer demand and virtually operating in cultural chaos. By helping to introduce change through continuous improvements, and stability through effective deployment of available labour, reduced overtime, and bell to bell working, to the assembly line, productivity levels climbed from around 50% to above 70%, and the deficit for December 2000, the year-end, had been reduced to just 1 unit behind and seen as a major achievement. My last task was to manage the smooth and successful operation of a new world-class one-piece flow thrust reverser production cell. The cell was then very successful, allowing unit production to increase by over 60% and achieve all targets for years 2001/2. I was acknowledged as one of the most complete cell managers in Hurel-Hispano.
1998-07/00         Production Supervisor, AETC Ltd Victoria Avenue, Leeds.
I co-coordinated the implementation of Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED)
activities (within the Blade Machining Facility) through liaison between the
cell operatives and supervision, and design and engineering.- My objectives
were to reduce set-up times by 50% and to get as near to one-piece flow as was
possible within the then AETC environment, with ambitions to implement the Poke Yoke and Kan-Ban techniques. I started as a machine setter/operator on electrical discharge machining and form grinding using Fanuc controls, machining aero and industrial turbine blades. Moving from AETC Ltd was necessary so I could further my ambitions of a management role, and I was also able to start the implementation of lean manufacturing.
